What we've done
This website has been built with WCAG 2.2 AA in mind:
- Text and background colours are checked for contrast
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
- A skip link jumps straight to the main content
- Headings, landmarks and form labels are marked up for screen readers
- Images carry descriptions where they carry meaning
- Tap targets on phones are large enough to hit while wearing gloves
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device asks for reduced motion
- Text can be enlarged without the layout breaking
Where we know there's more to do
The embedded Google map is provided by Google and we don't control its accessibility. Every page that shows a map also gives the full address in text and a plain directions link.
Enquiry forms currently hand off to your own email application. If that isn't practical for you, ring the shop instead.
